Why Primitive Pulse?

Daily movement, celebration and nourishing food were once the holy trinity of our existence as a species. For many of us, this practice has gone out the window. The majority of modern day cultures struggle with this “primitive” concept, due to what I call, a forgotten ancestral wisdom. As we reconnect with our “Primitive Pulse” we can begin to manifest an optimal state of health including mind, body and culture.
