What is a Primitive Pulse?
Primitive Pulse is a value system. It is about reconnecting with your innate, ancestral wisdom and learning how to optimally function in a modern, and sometimes backwards, world. It’s about restoring your relationship with your mind, body and culture so you can thrive mentally, physically and socially. And for those who dare, even spiritually (I talk about this in my blog).
In this process, “primitive” is used as a mindset to simplify your life and reduce stress and overwhelm. Health doesn’t have to be as complicated or confusing as doctors tell you. Finding your own path is up to you and I am here to help! My Four Essential Steps is a straightforward strategy to improve your metabolic health on your terms, by utilizing the resources you have in your own home and community. No gyms, no equipment required!
