Are you overwhelmed in the kitchen? Get ready to expand your cooking skills by creating simple, satisfying, and nutritious food you love! Together, we will explore whole food meals that you enjoy. We will visit your favorite grocery store and learn how to identify and define ultra-processed foods and get your shopping list down to a science.

The fee includes the grocery store tour and the time it takes to prepare three to four cooked meals together in your kitchen (ingredients not included in fee). Expect to spend about 4-5 hours together and by the end of the session, you will have a solid foundation of meal prep to optimize your metabolic health! No need for additional sessions (unless you miss me of course).
